Insurance

Economy shipping does not have any insurance covered. Every order can be insured by choosing ROUTE-package protection partner upon checkout. We highly recommend our customers to shop all product with route coverage.

2.STANDARD SHIPPING

Our standard shipping service delivers 10-12 business days. Generally, this method is safe for orders with value of up to USD 200 as this shipping method covers maximum of USD 30 insurance which is included in the freight charge. More insurance coverage can be purchased with additional cost which you can add during your shopping.

TRACK AND TRACE:

Track your shipment with ease at JEWELNJOY! We update the Pickup ID on the same day and provide Tracking Number within 3 Business Days. All the shipments can be easily tracked in real-time.

SHIPPING TO RUSSIA, SPAIN, INDIA & RESTRICTED COUNTRIES

To ship to restricted countries, customers have to advice for the invoice value, tax id, product description and follow-up with the local agent to handle package clearance at the import country. JEWELNJOY.COM will follow all the instructions and will support externally at every step.

JEWELNJOY.COM takes fraud protection seriously and may delay orders for verification. We confirm alternate shipping addresses for non-billing deliveries. Customers should contact carriers for delays. Customs may inspect shipments, and we provide information as required. We may not refund full amounts for shipments returned from customs, depending on the situation.

JEWELNJOY.COM shall not be held accountable for any delivery failures or delays caused by circumstances that are beyond our control. Such circumstances include but are not limited to war, riots, fires, floods, hurricanes, typhoons, earthquakes, lightning, explosions, labor strikes, lockouts, operational slowdowns, prolonged energy supply shortages, the occurrence of a pandemic such as Covid-19, and actions taken by governmental authorities in emergency situations.

We advise clients and/or their recipients to be available at the shipping address at the time of delivery. Jewelnjoy.com does not hold any extra responsibility beyond the shipping company.

Protection:

As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, there might be a slight delay in shipment of certain orders due to the verification process. For orders that need to be delivered to a destination other than the billing address, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file. In such cases where you feel your shipment is delayed, please contact your shipping carrier.

Please note that the destination country’s customs office is authorized for the opening and inspection of international shipments. Additionally, if required we are liable to provide the information about your order, shipment and products contained therein.

If for any reason the shipment is returned from customs, jewelnjoy.com is not responsible for refunding the shopping amount. It can differ from case to case depending on the situation. We are always glad to provide our best cooperation to our customers.
